RM Rose Forefathers Bourbon Bottled-In-Bond
BOTTLED-IN-BOND
To be designated as a Bottled-in-Bond bourbon (BIB), the product must meet the 1897 US Government BIB Act. This act made the federal government the “Guarantor” of the spirit’s authenticity. To receive this label the distilled spirit must meet the following:
- The liquor must be the product of one distillation season (Jan-Jun or Jul-Dec) by one distiller at one distillery.
- Must be aged in a federally bonded warehouse under US Government supervision.
- Aged min 4 years at 100 proof.
- The label must list where it was distilled, the distillers name and where it was bottled.

An adult, 21 years or older, must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. UPS and FedEx will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to the fulfillment
warehouse. In the event a shipment is returned because the customer was not able to sign for the package, the customer will be charged a $20 reship fee.
Our retail partners are licensed to ship up to 41 states. At this time we are unable to ship to: AK, AL, HI, ID, MI, MS, OK, SC, UT. Additional restrictions may apply depending on the brand selected.
