Welcome to our online store. Shop Big Thirst is an online ordering platform that facilitates the shipping of alcohol from retailers via its website. Shop Big Thirst features a selection of carefully curated spirits brands from Big Thirst, Inc., a full-service sales and marketing company for spirits brands and distilleries to conveniently expand sales and ship products to consumers in 41 states. Big Thirst provides its clients with an integrated, three-tier compliant white-label e-commerce platform with shopping carts built into our clients’ websites.

Big Thirst works with a network of retail fulfillment partners to ship to up to 41 states and D.C. Availability varies depending on retailers shipping each product. Customers will be alerted at checkout of any restrictions to the shipping location.

Some exclusions apply.  Due to retail availability limitations, not all products are available to ship to every state.  Please contact us for more information.

Due to federal regulations, an adult, aged 21 years or older, must be present at delivery to sign for a package containing alcohol. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, so you’ll know when need to be present to sign for delivery. Shipping carriers will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to the fulfillment warehouse. If a shipment is returned because you couldn’t sign for the package, you will be charged $20 reship fee.

Big Thirst, Inc. does not have the ability to request specific delivery dates and times. We ship using several different carriers, including but not limited to FedEx and UPS. We encourage you to watch your tracking numbers or use services like UPS My Choice or FedEx Manage Delivery to make sure you get your delivery. These carriers often have partnerships with other businesses like Walgreens and CVS stores where we can ship directly to the store, and you can pick up at your convenience. We encourage you to use UPS My Choice or FedEx Manage Delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for a delivery, consider using a business address where someone is available to receive packages. Or use UPS Access Points via CVS, where we can ship directly to the store and customers can pick up within 5 business days. Contact us at help@bigthirst.com for more information on this option.

Shipping carriers will attempt delivery three separate times before returning the order to our warehouse.

Standard purchases can take 1-2 days to process, and up to 5 business days in transit.


Preorders can take 2-4 weeks to ship.

Once an order is processed, we are unable to change the address. If your shipping label has not been printed, we may be able to update your address. Please contact via email as soon as possible if you have questions or errors in your processed order.

Once the warehouse has received your returned package, we would be happy to reship it for you. Big Thirst charges a $20 Reshipping Fee that must be completed prior to reshipment.
