The Paloma

The Paloma is a fruity, super refreshing, and easy-to-make twist on a margarita. It is a perfect cocktail to enjoy poolside because you don’t need any bar tools to make it. Traditionally, a Mexican Paloma is made with Blanco tequila, but is just as delicious when made with Maverick Distilling Agave Blanco distilled from 100% Blue Agave nectar in San Antonio, Texas. To make it at home, all you need is Agave Blanco, lime juice, and grapefruit soda.  


  1. 2 oz Maverick Agave Blanco
  2. 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
  3. 1 oz Simple syrup
  4. 5 dashes Angostura bitters

Just add the ingredients to your favorite cocktail glass with ice, give it a swirl, and you’re ready to enjoy a tasty cocktail.
