St. Augustine Pot Distilled Rum
St. Augustine Distillery Co. Pot Distilled Rum is made from select, regional sugarcane syrups and molasses. Each batch is fermented, distilled, and aged on-site. This rum is a culmination from our best works in a series of trials that we produced over the course of a year. The result is a straw rum with slight grassy notes, coconut, vanilla, and brown sugar. Pot Distilled Rum is a versatile rum that is designed to work well in cocktails that typically feature white and amber rums.
Tasting Notes:
The rum is sweet initially but quickly backed up with earthy grassy notes from the molasses. Coconut, vanilla, and toffee shine through on the palate. The finish is sweet but provides some nice spice notes of cinnamon and nutmeg.
How To Use:

2 oz St. Augustine Distillery Rum
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
90 Proof | 45% ABV | 750 mL
An adult, 21 years or older, must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. UPS and FedEx will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to the fulfillment
warehouse. In the event a shipment is returned because the customer was not able to sign for the package, the customer will be charged a $20 reship fee.
Our retail partners are licensed to ship up to 41 states. At this time we are unable to ship to: AK, AL, HI, ID, MI, MS, OK, SC, UT. Additional restrictions may apply depending on the brand selected.
