Crafted in our historic and award-winning firehouse-turned-distillery, this award-winning rum is named in honor of the Humane Fire Engine Company No. 1, which dates back to the 1800s and where every Five Saints craft spirit comes to life.
But its flavor? That comes straight from our founder’s memories of an adventurous childhood, running wild through the countryside of rural upstate New York during the 60s and 70s—where crisp autumn air, warm bourbon, sticky maple, and Grandma’s butter pecan ice cream were staples of the season.
This small-batch artisan rum blends bourbon’s warmth, maple’s natural sweetness, and the rich flavor of butter pecan into a smooth, balanced, and versatile spirit. Sip it neat, stir it into cider or coffee, shake up a crazy good espresso martini, or even use it in your favorite baking and cooking recipes. It’s your cozy secret ingredient all year round.

An adult, 21 years or older, must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. UPS and FedEx will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to the fulfillment
warehouse. In the event a shipment is returned because the customer was not able to sign for the package, the customer will be charged a $20 reship fee.
Our retail partners are licensed to ship up to 41 states. At this time we are unable to ship to: AK, AL, HI, ID, MI, MS, OK, SC, UT. Additional restrictions may apply depending on the brand selected.
