This appellation in Reux, France is renowned for producing the finest Calvados. The double distillation process and strict regulations result in a more elegant and complex spirit.
Color: Deep amber or mahogany, with golden highlights.
Nose: A beautiful bouquet of baked apples, dried fruits (prunes, apricots), spices (cinnamon, nutmeg), vanilla, oak, and hints of rancio (that lovely nutty, oxidative note from aging). Some might even have floral notes or a touch of leather.
Palate: A silky smooth texture with concentrated flavors of baked apples, stewed pears, candied citrus peel, spices, toffee, and a subtle oak influence. The long aging process should have integrated the tannins, resulting in a velvety mouthfeel.
Finish: Exceptionally long and warming, with lingering notes of fruit, spice, and oak.

An adult, 21 years or older, must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. UPS and FedEx will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to the fulfillment
warehouse. In the event a shipment is returned because the customer was not able to sign for the package, the customer will be charged a $20 reship fee.
