The Jamaica ITP 2007 edition comes from the storied Long Pond Distillery. This all-molasses rum is a single, low ester mark called the Ive Trelawny Pot or ITP. It was produced on the historic John Dore copper pot still and was aged in Jamaica in ex-bourbon barrels.
Jamaica ITP Tasting Notes
Ripened tropical fruit on the nose leads to rich banana, mango and brown sugar on the tongue and a long and balanced finish of oak and tobacco leaf.
The Jamaica EMB 2014 edition comes from Clarendon Distillery in Jamaica. This all-molasses, medium ester rum is open air fermented, distilled on a pot still and aged in Jamaica in ex-bourbon barrels.

Pepper and papaya on the nose, tropical fruit, clove and leather on the tongue, with a finish of leather and baking spices.

An adult, 21 years or older, must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. UPS and FedEx will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to the fulfillment
warehouse. In the event a shipment is returned because the customer was not able to sign for the package, the customer will be charged a $20 reship fee.
