Drawn to the winning combination of rhubarb and star anise, he envisioned a liqueur that would taste as fresh and bright as a new summer’s day. With its classic gin base, premium rhubarb grown in British Columbia, and maceration process involving star anise and lemon skins, this liqueur achieves a perfect balance of tart, sweet, and subtly vegetal notes. A year-round delight, this liqueur is great on its own for sipping and equally enjoyable in a simple cocktail—just add ice and bubbles.

An adult, 21 years or older, must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. UPS and FedEx will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to the fulfillment
warehouse. In the event a shipment is returned because the customer was not able to sign for the package, the customer will be charged a $20 reship fee.
