Our Solera Rye Whiskey started as an experiment a few years back when we found ourselves with an excess of 5+ year rums from Trinidad, Venezuela, and Jamaica. After dumping the aged rum, we employed an under-appreciated old world aging technique: the Solera method. The rum casks were filled with our blend of MGP rye whiskies, then mellowed for several months. Tasting along the way, notes like allspice, clove, and cinnamon emerged alongside fresh pineapple skins, pressed apple cider, and sweetened pears. This time-honored and time-consuming process allowed the complimentary spice of the rye and fruit of the rums to blend to perfection — think Caribbean spice cake.

An adult, 21 years or older, must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. UPS and FedEx will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to the fulfillment
warehouse. In the event a shipment is returned because the customer was not able to sign for the package, the customer will be charged a $20 reship fee.
Our retail partners are licensed to ship up to 41 states. At this time we are unable to ship to: AK, AL, HI, ID, MI, MS, OK, SC, UT. Additional restrictions may apply depending on the brand selected.
